Not only did the business provide for my son, Charles, and my grandson, it helped thousands of people in numerous countries.Charles’ situation took a terrible turn on July 26, 2016. The Securities and Exchange charged him with security fraud and seized all of his personal and business assets. He had nothing with which to defend himself from this false charge that could not only ruin Traffic Monsoon but his life. Losing this civil case could open him up to further lawsuits that possibly could lead to prison. Friends and family rallied to secure a qualified and experienced legal team, which is essential to winning against the SEC.The SEC’s receiver is paid out of Charles’ funds, but Charles does not have access to them himself.
